Studio Policies
Monthly Tuition
Classes must be paid in full by the 4th of every month. Failure to pay on time will result in the dancer sitting out during practice.

$100- Competitive Dance Team members
Costume Fees
​
Costume fee invoices will be sent out in the middle of the semester. All costume fees must be paid in full within 2 weeks of the invoice date so all costumes may be ordered and arrive on time.
Parents Viewing
​
So all students may fully focus during practice, all parents are asked to wait outside in the hall or in their car during rehearsals. The dance teacher may ask for parents to come in during the last 5 minutes as needed.
Rehearsal Times
​
Please be sure your dancer arrives to practice on time, so they do not miss the warm-up to prevent injury during practices. Practices run back-to-back, please make sure you arrive on time to pick your dancer up from practice.
Dress Code
Please make sure your dancer is dressed appropriately and ready for practice on time.
Solid colored leggings or shorts, bare feet or foot undeez/halfsole shoes, bra top, crop top, or tight fitting shirt

Class Attendance
​
Attending class is important as we learn new skills and choreography weekly. If you do not plan to attend class, please give me at least 24 hours advanced notice so I can plan accordingly.
​
Emergencies do come up, so please text or call me at least one hour ahead of time so I can adjust class as needed.
Cancellation Policy
​
Things change and you may have to un-enroll from dance classes. Please give me a 7-day written notice if you plan to un-enroll from classes so adjustments can be made in class.
